Odyssey is a luxurious five star vessel with lounge, dining and bar
areas on both levels, large outside deck and private spa room. The four
staterooms with private ensuites have panoramic windows and have either
a king size bed or twin singles.
Day 1:
Board Odyssey at 3pm. Cruise past the township of Mannum and proceed
upstream for overnight mooring. Enjoy the sunset and bird life from the
sumptuous lounge and dining area (D).
Day 2:
After breakfast, call into the small township of Bowhill, take a short
stroll to the local store and explore this historic building. From
Bowhill cruise past spectacular scenery and limestone cliffs, through
the Purnong Ferry crossing to the small township of Walker Flat. This
evening enjoy dinner whilst cruising past the floodlit riverbanks and
cliffs that create a surreal landscape (BLD).
Day 3:
Cruise back towards Mannum past the lagoons, bird life, historic towns
and ever-changing scenery. After lunch explore lagoons by dinghy, or
perhaps throw in a line and catch a fish. Enjoy dinner and a campfire
on the riverbank (BLD).
Day 4:
Enjoy breakfast before disembarking at 10am (B). |
