Days 1-3 Vancouver
Arrive in Vancouver and spend a few days exploring. Take a stroll around Stanley Park, enjoy a fabulous meal in one of the many restaurants or take the little ferry to Granville Island and browse the many market stalls.
2 nights O Canada House (BB).

Days 3-5 Salt Spring Island
Take the ferry to Salt Spring Island, the largest of the Gulf Islands famed for its home grown produce and artisan lifestyle. Taste and sample your way around a plethora of seafood, cheeses and fabulous chocolate.
2 nights Salt Spring Island View B&B.

Days 5-7 The Cowichan Valley
With the Malahat mountains as a backdrop, the Cowichan Valley on Vancouver Island provides a whole new landscape to explore. The waterfront village offers a wealth of excellent restaurants overlooking the water and is one of the best places to dine in the valley. Taste local wines and cider and explore the old growth forest and fertile valleys.
2 nights Cowichan Bay Ocean View (Breakfast included).

Days 7-9 Harrison Hot Springs
Cross back to the mainland and head east through the lush Fraser Valley towards Harrison Hot Springs. Take a self-guided farm tour of the region and explore some of the valley wineries.

Days 9-11 Penticton
Today takes you through the Nk’mip Desert towards Osoyoos. Learn the history of the Okanagan people and the Osoyoos Indian Band. The Nk’mip Cellars is Canada’s first Aboriginal owned winery and is quickly gaining international acclaim. Penticton lies at the southern end of the Okanagan Valley and over 65 wineries call the area home. Perhaps rent a bike and explore, pick your own fruit and take a self guided tour.

Days 11-13 Revelstoke
From the shores of Lake Okanagan pass through wave upon wave of rolling hills and valleys and onwards towards the magnificent peaks of the Purcell and Selkirk mountain ranges. Revelstoke is a true Canadian mountain village where you can enjoy the peace and drama of the vast landscapes surrounding you.
2 nights Revelstoke Lodge (Breakfast included).

Days 13-15 Banff National Park
Follow the path of the early pioneers passing through the Yoho National Park and the Kicking Horse River. See the beautiful Lake Louise enroute to Canmore.
2 nights Georgetown Inn, Canmore.
