Day 1 Montréal
Discover a culinary tradition which features fine produce, local beer, cider, wines and over 100 varieties of cheese. Lobster caught in the Îles-dela-Madeleine and the infamous maple syrup. The Hotel Le St-James is the ideal base to sip, sample and taste your way around the city.

Days 2-3 Laurentians
Head for the tranquillity of the Laurentians where tucked away amidst the maple and pine clad mountains is the Hotel L’Eau à la Bouche, a charming retreat renowned for its fabulous gourmet restaurant. In these elegant surrounds join a 2 day cooking experience with chef-owner Anne Desjardins with an introduction to many of Québec’s finest ingredients. Spend two days working in the restaurant kitchen, dinner in the restaurant on Saturday night, two nights’ accommodation and breakfast.

Day 4 Québec City
Onto Québec City, a melting pot of gastronomy where you can taste the local cuisine in an array of brasseries, cafés and restaurants. Your final night is spent in style at the 71 Hotel Café.
